Hyundai Verna , good looking sedan

To create a strong competitor in this c - segment Hyundai recently makes update on verna , in this update we get fresh exterior design , new interior with lots of features and tech . In new verna we get 12 versions with 4 engine options - 1.5 litre Diesel engine ,

1.5 litre petrol engine , 1.0 litre turbo engine and also with manual , CVT , torque converter , DCT transmission options .

Today we are reviewing SX(O) 1.5 CRDI version , which is top of the line diesel torque converter .

 Looking to the performance , this 1.5 litre diesel engine produces 113 bhp of power and 250 NM of torque . verna gets redlines at 1500 to 2000 RPM with a impressively 21.35 claimed mileage  . At front we get chrome radiator grill with

led headlamps and projector fog lamps . Chrome door handles , led taillights , sporty diffuser , shark fin antenna , 16 inch diamond cut alloys makes verna stylish

and sporty . Length width and height is following respectively - 4440 mm , 1729 mm , 1475 mm .

In inside we get dual tone scheme , in centre console we get 20.5 cm touchscreen infotainment system with android auto and apple car play , below the infotainment system

there are automatic climate control controls with a wireless charging pad and lots of charging ports ,

centre armrest have litres of space with sliding feature . On the dashboard we get lots of hard plastic and glove box with cooling function .

The best part of this sedan is that digital instrument cluster with 10.67 cm multi information display ( MID ) , in this new

sedan we get lots of features like ventilated seats which is first in the segment , electric sunroof , wireless phone charger which is

also first in the segment , cruise control , rear AC vents , front and rear usb charger , smart key with engine start stop button ,

rear adjustable headrest , smart trunk which opens the boot when you stands behind the boot , rear sun blind , 6 speaker arkayms premium sound system , automatic

headlamps and more . In safety verna gets 6 airbags , tire pressure monitoring system ( TPMS ) , child seat anchor point , ABS with EBD , ESP , traction control , speed sensing auto

door lock and unlock , seatbelt warning and hill hold control . We also gets Hyundai’s blue link which is connected feature , in this blue link we get geo fencing , voice command ,

vehicle information , temperature control by phone app , remote engine start stop , sos , road side assistance , tyres pressure information , service information and many more . Verna gets turbo variants in its portfolio , in this variant we get 1.0 litre turbo petrol engine with 7 speed dual clutch gearbox

and produces 118 bhp of power and 172 NM of torque . So in turbo we get some cosmetic changes like glossy black front radiator grill , sporty bumper design , twin exhaust , all black interior with red inserts at AC vents ,

paddle shifters , front parking sensors , glossy black finish at shark fin antenna and ORVM , rear disc brakes . At rear we get ample legroom and

headroom , rear seats armrest with cup holders . It gets 6 colour options .
