Hyundai Venue , chintu size suv with tons of features

In market all companies are investing in compact suv , likely Hyundai also debut in this garage , hyundai recently launched its compact suv names venue . Under the hood of venue we get three engine options with three transmission options which are following.    

1.2 litre petrol engine - MT 

 1.5 litre Diesel engine - MT 

 1.0 litre turbo petrol - MT / DCT / IMT 

In India venue is the first clutchless manual vehicle ,

which hyundai called it intelligent manual transmission ( IMT ) , it's get 24 variants with special sport version . Coming to the dimensions ,It’s length is 3995 mm , width is 1770 mm ,

height is 1605 mm and ground clearance is 195 mm which is very good . In top variants we gets 16” dual tone alloy

wheels , which we also gets in the creta . In front we get we get squared projector headlamps with led drl’s which turns indicators ,

and also got fog lamps , in back we get led crystal taillights . This is the Hyundai’s vehicle so there is lots of features and

tech which can be available in venue . In interior we get simple clean dashboard , also gets a 20.32 cm squared shaped touchscreen infotainment system with

android auto and apple car play ,  at centre console we get wireless charging pad ( first in the segment ) , usb C type charging port , hyundai’s air purifier , automatic climate control ,

front centre armrest . We also gets electric sunroof , rear AC vents , cooled glove box , adjustable steering wheel , engine start/stop button ,

indicators on outside rear view mirror , rear wiper washers with defogger and many more . So in safety venue gets 6 airbags , ABS , EBD , brake assist, traction control , electronic stability control (ESC), vehicle stability control ,

Hill hold control , isofix child seat anchor point , SOS button , road side assist , cornering fog lamps , reverse camera with parking sensors ,

driver rear view monitor ( DRVM ) . The elephant in the room is , Venue is India’s first connected car , So the fact is Venue gets the Hyundai’s bluelink

in this bluelink we get 33 connected features like remote to engine start stop , remote door lock unlock , voice command , climate control by phone , navigation , geo fencing and many more . So in this chotu we get a special sports variants , 

in this sports variant we didn’t get any changes in the engine but gets some cosmetic changes like sports badging on doors , red treatment on brake calipers , red inserts on roof rails ,

shark fin antenna , glossy black front grill with red treatment , dual tone exterior colours options , sporty metal pedals , all black interior , D cut steering wheel

which we gets in the creta and much more . So in this venue we get 9 colours options with dual tone interior options .

However this Creta's sibling , price starts from 6.92 lakhs to 11.70 lakhs ( ex-showroom ) .

At this price range it rival with Kia sonet , Ford ecosport , Maruti Suzuki breeza , mahindra xuv 300 , Tata nexon , Renault kiger , Honda WRV , Nissan magnite , but comparing this from its rivals we expect some more features like ventilated seats , panoramic sunroof , all led headlamps , digital instrument cluster,

auto dimming IRVM , 360 degree parking camera , front parking sensors , but we hope that we get this in it's next generation. Well this family car gets good price range with some great features , and also gets good position in this league .
