In 2018 JLR bought an suv named VELAR , recently Range Rover Land Rover makes an update on it , because of sloping roof this muscular looking suv gives us some coupe looks . Older velar imports outside

from India but this new velar built in India, therefore we get massive 16 lakhs difference between them . Because of 4797 mm of length , 2041 mm of width and 1665 mm of height

it’s gets full hunky exterior with lots of cuts, velar runs on 20inch alloys with 196 mm of ground clearance . In this suv we got only one variants- R dynamic s ,and offers a 2.0 litre petrol ingenium

turbocharged unit with 250 ps of power and 365NM of torque and gets 8 speed torque converter with all wheel drive ( AWD ) . In front we get typical Land Rover grill with led headlamps and dynamic

swipe indicators with a headlamps washer, under the headlamps we get bunch of parking sensors and fog lamps with air curtains , at back we get led taillights with rear fog lamps and also a parking camera with parking sensors ,

below the rear spoiler we get rear wiper washer with defogger and twin exhaust . In this velar we get some unique features like concealed door handles which comes ahead when car is unlocked or when pressing button on it ,

powered tailgate with gesture control , reverse parking camera washer , powered backrest , 4 zone climate control , 12 speakers  meridian sound system ,

electrically adjustable steering wheel , touchscreen steering mounted control and more . In inside we get beige colour interior , with leather seats and to get airy feeling we get big panoramic sunroof .

The best part in this velar is the centre console , in centre we get 25.4 cm touchscreen infotainment system for navigation , mobile connectivity ,

media with lots of tech and after this , below the 1st screen we get another 25.4 cm touchscreen which includes the climate control , vehicle settings and also terrain modes , like there are  knob to

select gears and also a hand rest with some litres of space . We also gets 12.3 inch fully digital instrument cluster , which shows the 3D maps ,

tyre pressure and lots of data , in this velar there are terrain modes ( dynamic , eco , comfort , grass , gravel ,  mud , snow , sand ) also 12 ways electrically adjustable driver and co-driver seats with memory function .

There is some attention to detail is , the first infotainment touchscreen retracts when the car is off and assert when the car is on , solo head projects on road coming from ORVM , when the car is off driver seat and steering wheel will go back and when the door opens the seat and steering wheel will comeback in his earlier position one more party

trick is if the sunroof and sun blind is open when car lock then it’s automatically closes . This is Land Rover so we definitely get to many safety tech like 6 airbags , TPMS , ABS with EBD , ESP , brake assist , hill hold control , traction control , limited slip differential ,

electrical differential lock , rear parking sensors with camera , 360 degree parking assistance and more . At rear we get 748 l of boot space and also a full size spare wheel , in velar we get advanced driving assistance with lots of tech and 5 colours options.
